1. About This Pre-Sale

Thank you for supporting Emis Arts!

The Emis Arts Hat is being offered through a pre-sale, which means we’re collecting orders before the official release. Your early support helps us fund production and continue creating programs that promote wellness, community, and creativity.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. How Pre-Sales Work

When you pre-order the Emis Arts Hat, you are reserving your hat before it’s ready to ship.

Estimated shipping date: December 2025
We’ll send you updates if there are any changes to the timeline.
Because this is a limited-edition item, we appreciate your patience and understanding if production takes a little extra time.

3. Payment Details

Payment is collected when you place your pre-order. This ensures we can begin production right away.

All prices are listed in dollars [USD].
Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand plans can change.

You may cancel your pre-order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
After 7 days, cancellations may not be possible if production has already started.
If for any reason we’re unable to deliver your hat, you’ll receive a full refund automatically.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Each Emis Arts Hat is made with care and purpose.

Because this is a limited pre-sale item, all sales are final once your hat has shipped, except in cases of damage or defects.
If your hat arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at (323)-304-5537 with a photo and proof of purchase.
We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if necessary.

6. Shipping Information

We’ll ship your order to the address you provide at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Emis Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All Emis Arts designs, logos, and creative materials — including the Emis Arts Hat — are the property of Emis Arts and our creative partner Genesis JNV, Inc.

Please do not reproduce or resell them without permission.
